At approximately 7:55PM US Central Standard Time our UPS systems alerted on call technicians to a power outage at our Host Drive Data Center. Heavy storms damaged a transformer and caused damage to another. Power crews were on site almost immediately, however it took several hours to repair the damage. Our Generator installation was slated for August 09, however we will attempt to move this date up with our contractor to avoid any such outages in the future. Uptime at our Host Drive Facilities was in excess of 2.5 years prior to this outage. We apologize for any inconvienece this may have caused. Our Staff remained on call throughout the outage and made sure that all servers were brought on line following restoration of power services. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. Thank you.
